REVAMPED CPSL SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEKEND
There is a full slate of league, cup and even one exhibition game in an upcoming busy weekend of CPSL games that include a League Cup encounter between Toronto Croatia and Toronto Supra rescheduled from July 12 when the lights failed at Memorial Park in Mississauga. Two games have been postponed this weekend--and there is an exhibition match between Mississauga Olympians and the NTCO Team at the Twin Arenas ground on Sunday.
The games postponed are London City vs. Montreal Dynamites previously set for Saturday at Tillsonburg and Mississauga Olympians vs. Montreal Dynamites previously scheduled for Sunday at Twin Arenas. The Tillsonburg game is a special occasion following an agreement between that community and the CPSL's London City to celebrate the inauguaration of the new Soccer Complex now under construction. Work is a bit behind schedule, so that a postponement to a weekend in October became necessary. The weekend move to October will also include the postponed Mississauga Olympians vs. Montreal Dynamites game in a back-to-back two-day arrangement.
Mississauga Olumpians are taking this opportunity to play the NTCO Team of National Team hopefuls and that will be a 3.00 p.m. kickoff this Sunday.
The weekend schedule now looks like this:
